The end of the year brings with it top 10 lists, reflections and resolutions. After the busyness of the holiday season, which is also my favorite time of year, I enjoy taking a step back, a deep breath, and thinking about what I learned in the previous year and what my goals are for the next. Notice how I said goals, not resolutions.
