This week’s Internet Marketing Tips post is supposed to be Part 2 of “My New Mantra in the Form of Internet Marketing Tips," BUT instead it comes to you a day early to tell you about the way more important topic of INBOUND 2013. What is INBOUND?
- It’s like the World Series is to baseball fans (but we’re all winners).
- It’s like Fashion Week is to designers (but the style is way more laid back).
- It’s like premier week in the entertainment world (but we’re all marketing stars).
INBOUND is the world’s largest gathering of inbound marketers from around the world and it just so happens that we’re there. Yep! Half a Bubble Out has sent our company principals Michael K. Redman and Kathryn Redman to represent with promises to send us all the juicy details as they happen.
So, here’s a disclaimer: you might be seeing more posts from HaBO than normal on Facebook and Twitter, and be receiving a few more blog posts too. It’s because we’re so excited to share this information with you and want you to be the first to know as soon as we do. That being said, here’s a sneak peek at what #INBOUND13 has in store for us to learn and bring back to you.
1. Super Secret Product Launches
The INBOUND conference is held in Boston and organized by HubSpot, which provides all-in-one inbound marketing software to help companies create marketing people love, and consistently generate visits, leads and customers. We use HubSpot for our own marketing, as well as our clients. HubSpot is constantly providing new tools and resources in response to the internet marketing challenges we all face. At INBOUND they’ll tell us what’s new. In fact, we’ve been teased with a little bit of but definitely not all the details, and have been sworn to secrecy to not reveal anything until we hear it first-hand. The suspense is killing us! 2. Inspiration from Awesome People
At Half a Bubble Out we like to tell stories, but we like to hear other’s stories too. We’re excited about the six keynote speakers because we know them as highly respected in the inbound marketing world for their innovation, success and ability to motivate and inspire. This year’s headlining speakers are:
